Acknowledging the importance of excellence in every human endeavor, Business Arena has announced the winners of its 2023 Awards for Excellence at a special gala event. As always, Business Arena is proud to recognize the achievements and successes of organizations and individuals in business, sport, culture and volunteering. The event emphasized that there is no single set of criteria defining excellence for business, sport, culture or non-profit performance, but it is always based on strong commitment and determination to always be better.
Overall, experts argue that instilling the right culture into organizations is very important to success. But they also point out that creating the culture of excellence starts with each one of us, so people should make the changes they want to see within themselves first and the rest will naturally follow.
