DTZ Echinox has been retained for the exclusive leasing of Mercury Logistics Park. Property manager of this logistics and industrial park is AIG/Lincoln, an American developer active in Romania since 2006, better known for the successful development of The Lakeview Offices, which also provides property management and leasing coordination services to several institutional investment funds.
