However, after the summing up of last year’s financial results figures generally show a “healthy” growth, which could translate to “not spectacular, but satisfactory”. The start to 2011 seems optimistic enough. Many in the business community can already breathe a deep sigh of relief, while others are still trying to fight off the crisis and have yet to see the light at the end of the tunnel, though overall things seem be going in the right direction. 
Moreover, 2011 may also offer a very good opportunity for the business community to learn the true lessons of the crisis and proceed further with their homework well done. At the same time, we will look into what experts and business people believe to be the most important lessons that should be learned. On this note, Camelia {ucu, CEO, Class Living, believes that “Romania needs true leaders”, Elena Cristescu, executive director, Opticris, expects 2011 to be tougher than last year, while Anca Bidian, CEO, Kiwi Finance, sounds an optimistic chord when emphasizing that the local business
environment has become more mature.
