Business Arena celebrates excellence

Held at the end of a year marked by geopolitical tensions, the event emphasized that there is no single set of criteria defining excellence for business, sport, culture or non-profit performance, but it is always based on strong commitment and determination to always be better. And all our winners have proven exactly that. Overall, experts argue that instilling the right culture into organizations is very important to success. But they also point out that creating the culture of excellence starts with each one of us, so people should make the changes they want to see within themselves first and the rest will naturally follow.
Business Arena has announced the winners of its 2022 Awards for Excellence at a special sit-down gala dinner.
As always, Business Arena is proud to recognize the achievements and successes of organizations and individuals in business, sport, culture and volunteering.


Experts say that unlike success, excellence is a relative notion. It is about maximizing personal and organizational potential. If the highest selling salesperson could have sold more, they have not fulfilled their sales potential. Therefore, excellence is about fulfilling potential rather than meeting a number or winning a contest.

Overall, experts argue that instilling the right culture into organizations is very important to success. But they also point out that creating the culture of excellence starts with each one of us, so people should make the changes they want to see within themselves first and the rest will naturally follow.
